Eva Marie Jaromirski Nations, age 44, of Knoxville passed away suddenly Tuesday afternoon, December 22, 2020 at Parkwest Medical Center at 2:11 p.m. Eva was a member of All Saints Catholic Church. She was born in GdaƄsk Poland to Bruno Jaromirski and Maria Antczak Ejsmont. In addition to her parents, Eva is survived by her husband of 21 years, Dr. Paul Nations; children, Katherine Nations, Anna Nations and Charles Nations; sisters, Barbara (Robert) Trejda of Collierville, Helena Jaromirski, Diana Jaromirski; brothers, James Jaromirski (Julia), Jason Jaromirski and Eric Bonowicz; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Eva was a passionate, selfless soul with a commitment for excellence in everything she did. She was a strong natural leader who never failed to achieve what she set her mind to. She enjoyed being an active member in the Polish community, music, dancing, animals, nature, and hardwork. She graduated with honors from Emory University in Atlanta and went on to establish a successful dental office as the owner and business manager. In addition, she was the owner and publisher of Knoxville Parent Magazine. Overall, Eva was passionately generous and had a life devotion to helping others. She lit up every room she entered with her radiant and powerful presence and greatly valued love, tradition, patriotism, faith, and family. She was a fighter until the end and never failed to stand up for what she believed in. The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Monday at All Saints Catholic Church followed by a Mass at 11 a.m. with Father Michael Woods and Father Doug Owens celebrants. Interment will follow in Pleasant Forest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Catholic Charities of East Tennessee.
