OBITUARY

Ruby Fletcher - of Knoxville, TN, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, December 27, 2007. She was a dedicated member of Original Church of God Concord, but also attending Cherry Street Church of God. Ruby was a very loving person who enjoyed life and talking with new people. She never met a stranger or had a harsh word to say. She will dearly missed by all. Preceded in death by parents, N.H. and Josie Moulden; husband, William Fletcher; sister, Beatrice Cornelius; son-in-law, James "Buddy" Billingsley. Survivors, son, James Fletcher; daughter, Peggy Billingsley; brother, Marion Henry; sisters, Mary Robinson, Rosa Butts, Maggie Boalton; grandchildren, Michelle Fletcher, Deborah (Walter) Bomar, Brain (Deborah) Fletcher, Jennifer Billingsley; five great grandchildren; loving daughter-in-law, Shirley Fletcher and friend, Mildred Hughley; a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and family. Family will receive friends, 1:30- 2:00 p.m., Sunday, December 30, 2007 at Cherry Street Church of God, 729 Cherry Street; funeral service, 2:00 p.m., Rev. Ron Nesbitt, officiating. Interment Pleasant Forest Cemetery, Concord.
