| Barbara Jean (Bobbie) Newcombe Boswell, age 71 of Knoxville passed away Thursday morning, March 27, 2008 at Northhaven Nursing Home. Bobbie was of the Presbyterian faith. She was preceded in death by her son, Gary Mitchell Boswell; parents, George and Rosa Bell Starkey. She is survived by her brothers, Lynn and G. W. Newcombe both of Knoxville; "daughters", Linda Goostree and husband Roger of Cross Plains, Tamara Johnson of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. Monday at the Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel with graveside services to follow at Pleasant Forest Cemetery.
