Richard R Frost

FROST, RICHARD ROBERT age 71, passed away Friday, June 13th, 2008. Richard served in the U.S. Navy and was a member of the commissioning crew on the USS Enterprise. He graduated from St. Martin's College in Olympia, WA; and retired from Raytheon E&C in 2000.  He is preceded in death by his father Robert L. Frost, mother Mira Philomena Thorp Frost Daly, stepfather Timothy J. Daly, and brother Michael J. Daly.

He is survived by his wife Rose Michelle Murray Frost; daughter Mary Elizabeth Davis and grandson Charlie of Olympia, WA; son Charles E. Frost and daughter-in-law Jerra;, grandchildren Joy Rose and Christopher J; son Timothy F. Frost and daughter-in-law Amy;, grandchildren Christopher T. and Emily Anne; and daughter Caithlin L. Frost, all of Knoxville; brother Brian F. Daly and sister-in-law Lynn S. Daly of Citrus Heights, CA; numerous nieces; nephews; and in-laws. 

The Frost family would like to offer special thanks to the staff of the Tennessee Cancer Specialists at the Tower at Parkwest, and the fifth floor staff at Parkwest Hospital for their care, support, and many kindnesses. 

A funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday at the Cathedral of Sacred Heart of Jesus with Father T. Allen Humbrecht officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Forest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society-East Region, 871 Weisgarber Road, Knoxville, TN 37909. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 P.M.
