William B. (Bill) Jarrett, Age 72 of Farragut passed away suddenly Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at his home. Bill was a member of West End Church of Christ. He graduated from David Lipscomb College with a degree in music. He retired from Robertshaw Controls as an accountant. Bill was a veteran of the U S Army. He was an avid golfer and ham radio operator. Bill was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Murray Jarrett and Margaret Bonds Jarrett, who were from Jackson, TN.
Bill is survived by his wife of 46 years, Colette Brown Jarrett; daughter and son-in-law, Jocelyn and Jason Dishon, and granddaughter, Makenzie Colette Dishon of Murfreesboro; nieces, Leta Stewart and Gwen Bozeman.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel. Funeral services 11 a.m. Friday in the Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel with Mr. Russell Cook officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Forest Cemetery.
